At The Well Club, every item is made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party production partner. This intentional approach allows us to reduce waste, support mindful production, and create each piece specifically for you.
Because of this made-to-order process, shipping timelines may differ from mass-produced retail items.
Processing & Fulfillment Timeline
All Well Club Apparel items are produced after an order is placed.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before shipment.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new releases), production timelines may take longer.
Processing times may also vary based on:

Shipping Transit Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping timeframes are carrier estimates only and may be impacted by weather, customs processing, regional delays, or carrier service disruptions beyond our control.
Order Tracking & Delivery Estimates
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
The tracking information provided by the carrier is the most accurate indicator of your delivery window. We recommend referencing your tracking link for real-time updates.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at apparel@thewellclub.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Delayed Shipments
Because items are made to order, occasional delays can occur at the production or carrier level. These delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner where possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they are best equipped to investigate delivery issues.
Well Club Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, we are happy to assist with next steps or provide information to support a carrier claim when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and are unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address once production or shipping has begun.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Customs processing times vary by country and may impact delivery timelines.
