Thank you for supporting Well Club Apparel. Each purchase helps expand access to wellness resources and initiatives in underserved and underrepresented communities worldwide, and we’re grateful you’re part of that mission.
All Sales Are Final
All Well Club Apparel items are made to order and produced individually after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind.
We share this policy throughout the Well Club Apparel website and make it available before checkout. We encourage taking a moment to review product details, sizing information, and production timelines before placing an order.
Manufacturing Defects or Damaged Items
While all sales are final, we absolutely want to make things right if there is a true issue.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us at apparel@thewellclub.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and resolve it promptly in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Orders That Have Not Arrived
All items are produced after purchase and may require additional time before shipment.
If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the stated delivery window or shows as lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and assist as appropriate.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters production shortly thereafter and cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. Please double-check your order details, including size and shipping address, before completing checkout.
Fit & Sizing
Because items are made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for fit. We encourage reviewing the sizing guide carefully prior to purchasing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses once production or shipping has begun.
Compliance With Consumer Protection Laws
This policy follows all applicable consumer protection regulations. If your local laws require a remedy for specific issues such as product defects or misrepresentation, we will honor those requirements accordingly.
